Cancellation Policy
Whilst we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations without this a 50% cancellation fee is charged.
‘No shows’ will be charged 100% of the service amount and no new bookings will be made until this payment is made.
All new lash and nail bookings required a £20 deposit. All SPMU bookings require a £60 deposit upon booking.
